At this point in the video, we are learning how virtual reality has helped children with autism learn social behavior. This opened my eyes to the many different ways immersive education can help students that many may not have considered. With virtual reality, students feel like they are having fun while also learning.
In this screenshot, we are hearing about students working together in virtual reality to design and construct a building. This is really neat! I especially love how there are women doing most of the work! This is truly bringing imagination to life.
In Screenshot 4, we are seeing a classroom that has set up a "corner cave." In this cave, two blank walls in the classroom are being projected with a virtual world. This would have been so exciting as a young student, seeing animals in real size where we could watch them in their habitat. This looks so fun!
